Global Strategy Leadership Group
The Global Strategy Leadership Group (GSLG) is spearheaded by FIU Global and brings together FIU’s international education leaders (academic and business) to jointly plan our moves and build synergies around our institutional global strategy.
Roles and responsibilities
- Share information on global interactions and opportunities to feed into the Global Footprint Tool
- Review and analyze data to determine institutional opportunities for partnerships, marketing/branding etc.
- Prioritize opportunities for the institution while developing action items and engagement responsibilities
- Support implementation and provide coaching
- Monitor global engagements to highlight organizations and regions/cities for transformational partnerships
- Exchange information and opportunities that will support the FIU Global strategy and institutional strategic plan
- Advise the provost on policies and procedures associated with global engagement
