Global Learning Posters

Please prepare your poster in English language. Posters submitted in PDF format should be one page with 2 sections. Posters submitted in Powerpoint format should be two slides:

Section/Slide 1: overview of the successful practice/program (who, what, where, how, why)
Section/Slide 2: outcomes (specific findings, program adjustments made, future plans)

Accessibility: Before submitting your poster, be sure it is accessible to all audiences (in Powerpoint, use the “Check Accessibility” feature: Select File, Check for Issues, Check Accessibility and follow the recommendations in the report. Most likely this will include adding alt text to any images you may have missed).

We will make the posters available to all forum participants at the conclusion of the event.

Poster presentations to be given during the 2023 Global Learning Forum on November 3, 2023 between 12:30-1:30pm EST via Zoom. 

Each poster presentation should be 5 minutes. Multiple individuals may present a poster jointly. Presentation verbal remarks may be given in English or Spanish. Organization of your poster presentation:

1. FIU moderator: introduces all presenters
2. Presenter(s): describe the successful practice/program, outcomes, and lessons learned
3. FIU moderator: leads the Q&A with forum participants

To make this presentation as effective as possible, focus on communicating the one thing that you want your audience to know. Be ready with supporting information/materials, but be sure that the key message is concise and to the point.

Depending on how many posters are submitted, we will host them synchronously or asynchronously. By submitting your poster, you agree for the live presentation to be recorded and shared with other forum participants.
